PERSONAL TRAINING
This is our fully individualized, all inclusive coaching package. You will go through an extensive initial consultation consisting of going over health history, finding what has been holding you back, goals, a fitness assessment and more. Your trainer will create a personalized plan for you moving forward to help you get past your barriers to become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of you. You will have full access to your coach throughout the week and your sessions will always be 1 on 1. Nutrition coaching is also included in your personal training package. You are expected to be extremely committed to this program, as your trainer will be extremely committed to helping you reach your goals.
Small Group Training
Bridging the gap between personal training and large classes. Get all the benefits & results of personal training but in a small group setting!

This is a 2x per week program focused on building strength and endurance while also working on mobility, speed and power.

AM Classes: Monday's and Wednesday's 6:00-7:00am
PM Classes: Tuesday's and Thursday's 5:15-6:15pm
& 6:30-7:30pm
Team Training
Improve your muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, speed and power with TEAM TRAINING. This class is higher intensity by design and a great addition to your strength program to focus more on the conditioning component.
Open to all fitness levels!

FULL BODY
ASSISTED STRETCH
You train hard, and you might need a little extra TLC when it comes to recovery. A full body assisted stretch session will aid in muscle recovery, improve range of motion and flexibility, reduce stiffness and discomfort and improve physical performance. Stretch sessions can be booked individually as needed.
Sessions are 25 or 50 minutes.
Online Coaching
Not in the area? Just need some structure and/or accountability? Don't know where to start? Want to level up your training with an experienced coach?
Online Coaching may be for you! We will create a fully customized program tailed just for you. This will also include weekly check-ins, 24/7 email/text support, over 50 exercise demonstration videos etc.
